Skirt Install

NEVER WORK UNDER A CAR THAT IS ONLY SUPPORTED WITH A FLOOR JACK

2. Hold the skirt up to the lower rocker of the car. We suggest using a 2x4, level or other similar object to hold the skirt in place. Stack some cribbing, a jack stand or other object (bucket, cardboard box) under the 2x4 to hold it in place. This will evenly support the skirt during install.

3. Take note: the front and rear of the skirts have a different shape designed to match the shape of the rocker.

4. If you ordered endplates, install them now. They have 3M tape on the top. Peel off the tape, and adhere the endplate to the bottom of the skirt. Use the bolt holes to align the parts. Then install the single black bolt - head up onto the skirt.

5. Line up the front edge of the skirt so it is flush with the trailing edge of the front wheel well.

6. Line up the inside edge of the skirt with this seam underneath the body of the car.

7. Slowly install a self tapping screw and washer with a 8mm socket. Overtightening the screw will strip the hole!

You can start the screw with a drill but it is recommended to finish tightening by hand with a wrench to prevent overtightening.

8. Repeat step 6 for each of the 11 screw holes. Then repeat the whole process for the other skirt.
