1. Pry out the OEM vent using a trim tool. Using two tools along one edge is the easiest way to release both tabs. Lift up gently. 

*If installing a pod, attach the pod to the vent with provided screws before installation.

2. Remove the door jamb trim panel using a trim tool. It is held in by a few tabs around the perimeter. 

3. Plan your wiring routing. You will need to drill a hole up into the defrost vent ducting. We drilled here. 

4. Plug in the Pod/ Accessport wiring into the OBDII port. Fish it up the side of the dash and into the hole we just drilled. 

5. Pull the Pod/Accessport wire through the CJM Mount, then install the CJM mount into the dash. Press in the back edge first, then press in the front edge. 

*If installing a pod, attach the pod to the vent with provided screws before installation.

6. Plug in the Pod/Accessport, place it into the dock. Our Accessport mount uses a magnet to retain it, and the cord to keep it oriented vertically. 

7. Leave some slack in the cord to allow removal of the Accessport, then bundle the excess and zip tie it to the dash support. 

Reinstall door jam panel to complete.
